Kenneth Blacks is a Class of 2014 Presidential Management Fellow in the Real Estate Assessment Center for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Kenneth’s work focuses on monitoring and auditing Public Housing Authorities to prevent fraud, abuse, and waste of HUD resources. Currently, Kenneth is collaborating with fellow colleagues on a new tool that will help HUD identify tenant income discrepancies and identity fraud in public and section 8 housing. In addition, Kenneth has worked on various internal projects related to Risk Management and Performance Management. Kenneth recently graduated from the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University in May of 2014 with his Master of Public Administration.
